Service

We recommend booking annual servicing of your instruments to ensure peace of mind and reliability. We offer annual servicing at a very competitive rate, much better than losing a clinic due to failure of an instrument. We essentially look for anything that doesn't look or feel right...grubby optics, dust, no lubricant, damaged cables and essentially make it good. Old instruments are great if looked after...you don't get rid of a reliable car. Anything that takes less than 20 minutes to repair is included.

​Most repairs take us 1 hour. There are exceptions and we don't like those situations either, everything is done with care and consideration and we are always upfront about costs involved. With our background in industrial engineering we had to work to a very high standard to pass quality control, something we will not ignore today. Reliability and value for money are very important to us. We will always consult on high value parts in advance as and when required.

PAT Testing

All items can be PAT tested after servicing or repair if required.
