Breakdown

We aim to respond to all equipment failures as soon as is possible. We charge a flat rate for many of these. There are some exceptions based on severity of the problem but we will always discuss price with you in advance. We do not charge a call out fee, and have no hidden costs. We are also able to PAT Test items after service or repair if required, for a nominal extra charge.

Preventative Maintenence

Our service prices are surprisingly affordable. Being a small independent we can afford to be cheaper than larger organisations. 

Our aim with servicing is to give you confidence in the instruments  you are using and hope to only see you every twelve months and not sooner. We include a number of repairs in our pricing.

Ok..we have no control over what the network charges...

We will always offer open and honest advice...without charging for our time in the call. We only offer this to recognized practices and not third party engineers.

Software

As we do not own the software we will not charge for it. we only charge parts and postage.
